Minimum Stay
With a weekend booking, we ask that you join us for at least 2 nights and on Holiday and Festival weekends we require a minimum 3 night booking. Single night weekend stays may be arranged during the off-season at the discretion of the innkeeper. The “Off Season” is from January 3rd to May 1st.
Additional Guests
These rates are per night and assume 2 guests per room. A $25/night fee is required for one extra child in parent’s room over the age of 12, children 4-12 years are $15 and under 4 years are free. These rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposit
Rooms may be guaranteed with an advance deposit equal to 1 night’s stay by check. The deposit will be applied to the last night’s lodging with the balance due at check-in. If you cancel your reservation at least 10 days prior to your booking your deposit is refunded minus a $20.00 Reservation Fee.
Cancellations
Because we are a small bed and breakfast, cancellations greatly affect us. When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. If you cancel your reservation less than 10 days in advance for any reason, you are subject to one night’s room charge for the cancellation. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance, or do not arrive for your reservation as scheduled, you are subject to charge for the entire stay booked.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in hours are 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-ins are no problem. Just give us a call with your approximate time of arrival.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the B&B. Smoking is permitted outside the house in designated areas.
No Pets
We do not accept pets, sorry.
Payment Method
We accept cash and checks for payment and do not accept credit cards.
Sales Tax
Room rates do not include an 8% sales tax.
Discounts
- Join ecoclub for a 10% discount on room rates.
- Additional 10% discount also available to students with a student ID card, those who travel to the area by train or in a hybrid car.
- Maximum discount 20%
