and procedures:
- With a Saturday or holiday booking we ask that you join
us for at least a two-night stay. Single night weekend
stays may be arranged during the off-season at the discretion
of the innkeeper. These rates are per night and assume
2 guests per room. A $25/night fee is required for one
extra child in parent’s room over the age of 12,
children 4-12 years are $15 and under 4 years are free.
These rates are subject to change without notice.
- Rooms may be guaranteed with an advance deposit equal
to 1 night's stay by check. The deposit will be applied
to the last night's lodging with the balance due at check-in.
- Because we are a small bed and breakfast, cancellations
greatly affect us. When you reserve a room, we agree to
turn away all other requests for that room and you agree
to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve
it. If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days in
advance for any reason, you are subject to one night's
room charge for the cancellation. If you cancel your reservation
less than 24 hours in advance, or do not arrive for your
reservation as scheduled, you are subject to charge for
the entire stay booked.
- Check-in hours are 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is
11:00 AM. Late check-in can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the B&B. Smoking
is permitted outside the house in designated areas.
- On occasion our cat will spend the night in the B&B.
She usually sleeps in our carriage house and does not go
into the guest rooms: however, you should exercise your
own judgment in making a reservation if you are allergic.
- We do not accept pets, sorry.
- We accept cash and checks for payment and do not accept
credit cards
